🔥 Improved Promo Codes feature
This upgraded tool brings a host of new possibilities to your event promotions. Whether you’re looking to reward loyal fans, offer perks to newsletter subscribers, run a flash sale, a seasonal offer or target users of specific social media platforms, our promo codes make it simple.
What can you do?
✅ Offer discounts in £ or % off the ticket price
✅ Apply codes to a specific ticket type, a single event, all events at a venue, or your entire listings
✅ Refine offers by event genre for more targeted campaigns
✅ Set purchase deadlines and stock limits to create urgency

🔥 Meta Pixel integration
You can now add your Meta Pixel ID to your profile page, and we’ll automatically include it on your event listings. More info on how Meta Pixels work can be found in the Facebook Business Help Centre.
🔥 Add a Venue Levy to your ticket price
If your ticket price includes a compulsory venue levy and you’d like this shown separately to customers, let us know and we’ll display the face value and levy as a clear price breakdown on your event page.
🔥 Customer Site design
We’ve given the customer site a refresh. It’s still the same WeGotTickets you know and love, but with a few visual tweaks to keep things looking clean and up to date.
🔥 Improved email layouts
We’ve updated our ticket PDFs and confirmation emails, making them easier to refer to and improving readability.
🔥 Waiting List improvements
When you add a new ticket type to an event that has a waiting list, you’ll now have the choice of whether to notify your waiting list by email. This is helpful if you’re adding a hidden ticket type that’s not available to the public
