Development Update – Enhanced Add Event, Drafts and more

We’re pleased to let you know about a few developments we’ve been working on recently, we think you’ll find them very useful:

✅ Add Event Updates
We’ve updated our Add Event workflow to give you more options and make your event pages even better. Use our new Add Event (Advanced) form for adding more detailed event pages and for events that span across different dates or times. If you’re looking to quickly get a simple event on sale asap you can use our familiar Add Event (Basic) form.

✅ Drafts
If you’re using ‘Add Event (Advanced)’ you can now save your progress and come back whenever you’re ready to finish your event. You can jump between different sections and see all your drafts together on the new ‘Draft Events’ page.

✅ Enhanced Marketing Data
The ‘Add Event (Advanced)’ form also enables you to link your headline and support artists to their music streaming profiles, so our affiliate partners can market your events directly to fans.

✅ Page Loads
You can now see how many people have been landing on your event pages, allowing you to monitor your hits to sales ratio.

✅ Event Notes
On each event you’ll find a handy ‘Event Notes’ section where you can enter useful admin info to help run the event smoothly. Use it for guest lists, customer accessibility requirements and anything else you need to remember, or pass on to your team.

✅ Private Ticket Improvements
We’ve improved the flexibility of our private tickets – you can now make live events private, add new private ticket types to your events, and you can have different links for each private ticket type or group them under one link.

Visit your admin area now to explore the new and updated features.
