It’s a brave new world and, as live music, comedy clubs, panel discussions, fireside chats, podcast interviews, dance classes and short film nights move online we want to explain how you can join loads of clients using us to ticket your Zoom, Twitch, Facebook or Instagram Live events.

  • Firstly, you need to add an online venue to your account named for the streaming platform you’re using – e.g., ‘Online – Zoom’. This will help make it clear to customers that this is a streaming event, and allows us to attach specific information to all events – such as when and how the link to the stream will be sent to the customers.
  • Next, use our usual ‘Add Event’ form, selecting your online venue for the location. Add a line to the event information about the delivery of the link – we can do this at a specified time before the start of the event, or include it in all confirmation emails so customers get that when they buy.
  • Finally, email us on support@wegottickets.com to let us know the URL for the event, along with any extra messaging you’d like included alongside that, and we’ll attach that to the confirmation emails or schedule a message to go out to all ticket holders nearer the time of the event.
